a 30 minute interval workout that incorporates stretching,
strength training, and aerobic conditioning. We use
hydraulic equipment, walking/jogging platforms, and
steps. Hydraulic equipment has no weight stacks to manage,
it is a “push/pull” resistance, its kind
of like swimming without getting wet. You will be burning
calories while you are exercising, and you will continue
to burn calories for the next 4-6 hours because you
did strength training, and your metabolic rate will
stay strong. The program is for every age and physical
fitness level that minimizes the risk of injury. You
work every major muscle group in just 30 minutes and
we have a floor coach present to make sure you go at
the correct pace eliminating the typical excuse for
not exercising...lack of time and motivation. This is
