Circuit Interval training eliminates the typical
excuse for not exercising...lack of time and lack
of motivation. It only takes 30 minutes to complete
the workout and a trainer is present to make sure
you go at a steady pace. Circuit training leans the
muscle and burns body fat, the most common fitness
goals for females. To reach your goals, follow these
three simple rules:
•Workout at least 3 times per week.
•Eat plenty of protein and fiber. Protein feeds
muscle and promotes fat burning. Fiber helps eliminate
waste and gives you a full feeling.
•When doing the circuit, work every muscle to
exhaustion.
