WHY CIRCUIT INTERVAL TRAINING?

Circuit Interval training eliminates the typical excuse for not exercising...lack of time and lack of motivation. It only takes 30 minutes to complete the workout and a trainer is present to make sure you go at a steady pace. Circuit training leans the muscle and burns body fat, the most common fitness goals for females. To reach your goals, follow these three simple rules:

•Workout at least 3 times per week.

•Eat plenty of protein and fiber. Protein feeds muscle and promotes fat burning. Fiber helps eliminate waste and gives you a full feeling.

•When doing the circuit, work every muscle to exhaustion.

This program is designed to give the One on One support and guidance you will need to successfully reach your goals. To help you stay on track we will weigh and measure you once a month at your request.
